I watch a huge amount of YouTube videos every day. Not only do they help ease my anxiety, but I’m constantly learn some much from them.
My latest kick has been watching videos about something I’m really passionate about: Veganism. Even if you’re not a vegan, you can learn so much about your health, the environment, and injustices by watching videos about veganism. It’s never to late to open your eyes.

I get really bad PMS symptoms. They last for around 9 days before my period even starts. I get cramps, super tender breasts, irritability, nausea, loss of appetite, and intense fatigue. When my period actually starts, there’s intense cramps and heavy bleeding for the first couple days.

2016 was the worst mental health year of my life. My anxiety was severe, and my depression ate me alive. I wanted nothing more than my life to be over.
