My low self-esteem and lack of confidence started early on in my childhood.

Growing up, I was emotionally neglected and physically and sexually abused.

In all honesty, I can’t even remember a single time my parents told me, “I love you.”

So I thought, “If my parents don’t even love me, how could I ever love myself?”

After years of self-destruction, I cut ties with my mom at the end of 2017 and started my self-love journey.

I’ve never looked back, and I’ve never been in a better place.
