					<description><![CDATA[I think it takes a long time to realize that it is okay to take a mental health day, but these are great reminders as to why we need them. I would also add that the more we get into a routine of taking a mental health day (whether it is an afternoon a week or a day once a month or whatever works best) is that by taking those days, we realize how important they are. It also helps take away some of the fear that we build up in our minds around being thought of as weak, etc.]]></description>
