3 Mental Health Benefits of Taking a Bath

Whenever I get the chance to take a bath, I always do because there are so many health benefits of baths.

I used to take a bubble bath almost every night as a form of daily therapy when I used to have a bathtub in my old house.

Now that I don’t have a bathtub anymore, I’m amazed at how much better I feel when I take baths as a part of my self-care routine.
