Coming-of-Age Tv Shows

Watching coming-of-age TV shows is a heartwarming (and nostalgic!) way to connect with and heal your inner child.

As you watch, you’ll be able to recognize yourself in the characters’ lives and remember the good and bad parts of being a teenager.

Connecting with the stories of growing up, you’ll be able to remember your friends, family, and first love.

When you’re struggling with your inner child, it might be helpful to talk to an online therapist. I always recommend Online Therapy, because it’s a complete online counseling toolkit, and you can get incredible therapy from the comfort of your own home. Get 20% off your first month.
