2. YOGA DOWNLOAD
Yoga and meditating often go hand-in-hand, and I’m so grateful Yoga Download exists!
Not only are there videos that combine yoga and meditating, but there are also videos that focus solely on breathwork.
The videos range from a quick three minutes all the way to over an hour long.
I typically start my days with a 15-minute grounding video.
There is a countless selection of free yoga classes, from beginner all the way to advanced (as well as different lengths).
The best part is you can do yoga and meditate in the comfort of your own home!
3. ESSENTIAL OILS
When it comes to meditating, I love adding tools to heighten my practice.
One way I do this is by using some essential oils and putting them into my diffuser.
When I started to incorporate them into my meditation practice, I started to feel more grounded, more relaxed, and more spiritual.
Essential Oils for Meditating

If you’re going to use incense, you’re going to need an incense holder!

7. SINGING BOWL
A singing bowl can take your meditation routine to the next level.
They’re wonderful for meditating and creating a calm environment.
Different singing bowls correlate to different sound frequencies, which in turn targets different chakras.
All you have to do is tap the outside of the bowl with the mallet and circle it around until you hear the amazing, calming sound.
8. MEDITATION CUSHION
Okay, so you certainly don’t need a meditation cushion.
But I feel like having a designated spot where you frequently meditate can help you get into a meditative state much more easily.
This meditation cushion totally matches my personality.
I recommend getting one that fits your unique style and vibe, as there are countless options available!
I’ll either hold my crystals, put them in my pocket, or just have them somewhere near me.

10. MALA BEADS
A mala is a string of 108 beads (usually made of crystals) used in meditation practice.
Each bead represents a repetition of a mantra that you use as a silent guide when you meditate.
When I’m trying to banish negativity, I love using black crystals in my meditation session.
11. ORACLE CARDS
Oracle cards are a self-exploration tool designed to help you tap into your inner soul and unconscious mind.
This means I love pulling out a daily oracle card, journaling about the messages I receive, and meditate on them.
They’re excellent for meditating on and uncovering areas of your life that need tending and improvement.
